Course Description
Paved Highway. Rolling Hills. 5K has close to 400 ft of elevation.
Exposed to elements, i.e., no trees on course, so dress appropriately for the weather.

400 ft hills! Mile 1 start uphill 737. mile 2 748. Mile 3 816. First 400 ft up down other side. Mile 4 began up 400 ft hill then down other side-had to turn around before reaching bottom. 8:16. Mile 5 816 though mostly flat that I remember. M6 813 also mostly flat best I remember with hill at end. Last 0.2. 44 seconds. Mostly down hill. Total time 49:09. Pace 7:55. 5 of 20 in male 40-49. I don't know where finished overall without looking at all the times - they only had age group breakdown by gender - and I don't want to go through them.
