A beautiful day for a 4 mile run. My whole body felt quite tired, though. I finished the run under my goal of a 9:30 pace at 9:18 (37:12). I'm still 7 pounds over what I weighed before the break that I should not have taken!
My heart rate numbers: 173 average; 189 max; 72 rest.
I am following a half marathon training program, but I do not have any races in mind as of yet.
