December 28, 2009

I am a week behind schedule on my training. I ran/walked with my wife for 20 minutes, alternating every two minutes. I then ran a mile in 9:33. I had planned on 3 miles (as scheduled), but my knee began hurting that I had to walk some just to finish the mile.

Well, I am up-to-date. Now, if I can only stay current, and start runnning!
