On Monday, June 6, I ran 3 miles. My lower legs were killing me, and I'm not sure why. I walked most of my Saturday long run and felt no pain afterwards. After I had completed one mile, I loosened the laces on both shoes and that seemed to give me a little relief, but I still hurt.
On Wednesday, June 8, I ran/walked about 2 miles with Sherri for her C25K program, which she is about 5 weeks behind schedule on doing to prepare for the Wilma Rudolph 5k on June 25. She says it doesn't matter, because she is going to walk most of it anyway. I then ran 5 miles. My lower legs were still sore, but nothing like Monday. After completing Mile 4, I got a cold chill for a short while, even though it was 90 degrees.
