I forced myself to run in the cold rain. It was rainy and 55 degrees with some cool breezes at times. The last mile of the 3 mile run was not too fun. Not so much because of the rain, but my legs were worn out. My pace was over 9 minutes at 9:23.
Heart rate: 167 average; 182 max; 80 resting.
