Well, I am missing the last scheduled run before race day. I just don't feel like it. I am weak. My legs are weak and tired, and I have a headache. My stomach also hurts. I feel like I am coming down with something.
Tuesday night after drinking about a gallon of water during the day, I had to get out of bed and go pee about 10 times. Wednesday night after drinking 2 gallons of water during the day, I did not have to get up at all during the night. I guess I sweated out every ounce during the 5 mile run.
I haven't ran in any events since the Oxford Half Marathon in February. I was looking forward to this weekend, but now I'm not so sure...
