This should have been yesterday's run, but I took it off for Memorial Day. I took Memorial Day off, because I had eaten tons of junk over the weekend. Plus, I had the 10 mile run failure. I was afraid of how bad I would hurt when I ran again - my legs and my stomach.
I ran 3 easy miles, and it wasn't that bad. I will need to run 3 days in a row to get back on schedule. Well, not actually back on schedule. I have decided I will repeat last week's schedule with the hope of completing the 10 mile run this Saturday. So, instead of running 4,5,4,11 this week, I will be retrying the 3,5,3,10.
I completed today's run in 28:55 (9:38 pace), with heart rates of 163 avg, 180 max, and 70 resting. Recovery from 178 to 127.
