Being 2 weeks behind in training is no way to prepare to set a personal record in the half marathon, but that's where I'm at. It seemed colder than the 36 degrees the thermometer had on it. Nothing special about these 3 miles, except that it's the beginning of my training. I was happy to have my pace under 9:00, though, at 8:58. Heart Rates: avg. 168, max. 182, rest 89. The rest is high since I was actually moving around some. Recovery: 180 to 123.
